May 2023
Dear Owner,
As part of our responsibility as a committee, we carry out an inspection of the urbanisation on a regular basis to check owners are keeping their properties to the required standard as per the community regulations outlined below:
Private gardens, houses and walls
Owner’s gardens and trees must be kept in reasonable order and not overhanging the communal pathways. Owner’s houses and garden walls should be kept in good order and painted white; this includes the outside of the garden wall. Garden walls can only be raised to the height of the gate post by the use of balustrades (painted white) or black iron work. Other garden fences placed inside the boundary must be white in colour and no more than 50cm above the height of the gate post.
Rather than sending individual letters to owners we have compiled a spreadsheet of all the properties on the urbanisation to use as a working document which will be updated regularly. We started this process in March and it has taken a while to compile all the information, so if you have already carried out work since or already have work planned to address the above then please let us know.
If you need any assistance in carrying out the work or require the contact details of a professional to carry out the work we are happy to try and help you.
The committee are currently working hard to make sure all the community areas are painted, and we ask that you assist us in trying to keep our urbanisation up to a high standard.
